You can request a return or exchange within (7 business days) of receiving your ordered product. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
• Original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and receipts must be intact.
• Seal or tamper-proof sticker must not be broken or opened.

3. Special Conditions for Certain Products

Due to hygiene or nature of some products, return/exchange may not be accepted — such as cosmetics, perfumes, undergarments, food items, or digital products.

4. Return/Exchange Process:

Login to your account and submit a return/exchange request under “My Orders.” After verification, we’ll email you with further instructions.

5. Refund Process:

Refunds take 5–7 business days and will be made via your original payment method.

6. Exchange Process:

If you want a different size or color, return the item and place a new order. If out of stock, a refund will be issued.
